About Us

The Guild is active in providing financial support for the Orchestra, extending hospitality to guest artists and to Orchestra members, promoting season subscriptions for the concerts, sponsoring pre– and post-concert receptions and assisting in the Symphony office.

Through fundraising programs such as the award-winning annual Magnolias and White Linen luncheons, the Guild has brought outstanding guests artists and speakers to Pensacola while providing substantial annual donations to the Symphony Orchestra.

With our financial support and personal involvement, we encourage music appreciation by the youth of our community through educational programs for the elementary grades and Symphony Belles and Beaux for high school students.

Members of the Guild meet on the first Wednesday of each month from September through May for luncheon meetings.  The meetings provide an opportunity to network with other members, to learn about the programs and activities undertaken by the Guild, to hear private performances by Symphony members, and to identify opportunities to volunteer in the Guild programs and activities.
