Publicity

Help us get the word out.  Inform the community about the Guild and its mission. We need a volunteer to chair for this committee.

Reservations

Assist us in taking reservations for various Guild activities including our luncheons and fundraisers. For 2019-2020, the Reservations Committee co-chairs are Ruth Stewart and Maude Sawyer.

Special Events

Help out with our special events such as the Fall and Spring Socials and our Live Auction.

Archive

The Archive function is something all members do to preserve photographs, news articles, etc. that pertain to Guild activities over the past year. Our Archivist is Marcia Enquist.

Photography

Our website and newsletter make use of the Guild's photographers, Al and Sarah Bender. Smile!

Raffle

The 50-50 raffle held at each of our luncheons during the year helps us raise funds. If you would like to help, please contact Trisha Woodburn.

Sunshine

This committee sends out cards to express our concern and sympathy to friends and family of Guild members. If you know of someone in need of our support, please contact Maude Sawyer at maude.sawyer@cox.net .

Symphony Auditions

Help the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra select its backup musicians at this audition event by checking in musicians, getting them to audition rooms, and other tasks as needed. This committee is chaired by Trisha Woodburn.
